Boston/Philly-2013
Bozos, Baseball, Brews, and Printers.
It was miserable, had a great time. - The weather, terrible heat and humidity, was misery. The people I was with, were great!
The Truck Road Trip, that happen without the Truck. I had long planned a "Road Trip" with the Truck to see the Red Sox vs. Yankees at Fenway Park, Boston. The oldest Ball Park in MLB. And I had hope to spend some time on the East coast. Especially Philadelphia and North Carolina to visit old friends and old neighborhoods.
Events conspired against me and the Truck making the trip as planned. The long slow trip across the US, became the coast to coast "jet set" vacation. I was to meet up with some of the Bozos in my life, mostly Baseball Bozos. It seem you had to be such a Bozo, you could only have 3 letters in your name. 3 Ron's, 2 Ken's, and 1 Don. (And a Jon?)
We had the "Don" of Ron's making us an "offer we couldn't refuse", showing us the ways of the CCBL. The food and drink (and life) are always better with Ron.
And the "Boston Ron" offered to show us his old haunts, in his and former mob partner "Boston Ken's" old neighborhood. They took us for a "ride" in the Boston underground, and returned us safely.
West coast Ron and Ken were along the keep the East coast Ron and Ken in a cosmic "ballgame of life" balance. The "relaxed intensity" of the game we play, the way we play.
Ron C expertise in "stats" and "brew", and Ken's expertise in the "Tufts lessons" in life, saved the ballgame, several times. It was a "team" effort though, needed to win the series.
I was the "Don" of "Printing" and recorded some of the events of record. (Yes, we know who the "biggest jerk in baseball" is, for the record.) Other facts and stats for the record, were drowned in brew, not to be heard of again. Some were recorded with a SLR camera and some with and iPhone camera, and some taken from the internet.
P.S. For the record.
If you happen to be "Manhandled" by one of "Boston's Finest" ladies, don't yell out - "Ron! Ken (can) you "Help"?. You'll either get no-one, or you get all 5 guys.

This is an image of textured art, of "Mama Carmelina".
Carmelina's North End, is a great Italian place, suggested by "Boston" Ron, enjoyed by all. Warm wine and all. I had a cold brew, and a great view.
"All meals are cooked to order. Sometimes on the busier nights the kitchen may get a little backed up, please understand that we are carefully and conscientiously preparing each and every dish. It is worth waiting an extra few minutes. Capice?"
"We do not offer coffee or dessert. Experience the North End Italian style, by patronizing our many nearby caffe’s, gelateria’s, and pastry shops. These are the after dinner professionals."
